• The initial staging period is for 60 days, which includes the design, delivery, install, rental and de-stage. We offer monthly extensions after the first 60 days. Our extensions are billed at 1/3 of the original stage cost and go in 30 day increments.

    We are capable of servicing outside of these areas for an extra travel fee.

  • We believe in keeping our staging inventory fresh and on trend, therefore, we sell gently used furniture and decor periodically. So, make sure to connect with us on social media to see items as we list them.

  • We book out 1-2 weeks in advance. We ask that you give us a weeks notice if possible to allow us ample time to set inventory aside for your stage.

  • Our stage installs range based on the package you choose, but typically our team needs up to 4 hours to complete the project.

    In some instances, we may ask for the entire day. Our team asks that no cleaners, painters, or other contractors be present during the staging process.

  • Our accounting department will send an invoice the same day as the stage is completed via email. We ask that payment be made upon completion and a 5% charge will be applied to late payments over 30 days
